Is CityGuideGA a real estate site?
No. CityGuideGA is an editorial city guide with no property listings, no IDX feeds, and no transaction talk. We write about where to eat, what to do, and what a city is like to live in.
Where do your recommendations come from?
On-the-ground research. Every restaurant, park, and business named here is real and currently open. We verify openings with the businesses themselves and check them in person before publishing. Editorial picks are never for sale, and there are no invented reviews. Paid featured placements, where they appear, are always labeled as paid.
Which schools serve these cities?
Most of the covered cities and communities sit in Gwinnett County Public Schools, with Braselton and Hoschton touching Jackson and Barrow districts and Gainesville in Hall County. Attendance zones are set by address, so the right move is the school district boundary maps, linked in each city guide.
How do you decide which cities to cover?
Quality over quantity. We keep the coverage deep on the cities people actually move between: the I-85 corridor, the Lake Lanier shore, and the east county line. As cities earn proper coverage, they get added.
How is the guide kept current?
The New in the Area feed is checked weekly, and every city guide is re-verified on a rolling basis. When a business closes or a date changes, the guide gets corrected.
