The boundary
Am I in Mulberry?
The City of Mulberry covers the neighborhoods long known as Hamilton Mill and the country roads around them, created by voter referendum in 2024. A Mulberry mailing address, a Dacula address in 30019, or a Hamilton Mill address can each land on either side of the line, so the only reliable answer for a specific property is the official boundary map. The city publishes the interactive map and the plans on its official site, and city staff answer the address questions directly.
Neighborhoods
Hamilton Mill and the neighborhoods of the city
Hamilton Mill is the long-established master-planned community at the heart of the new city, with the mill-area retail, the swim and tennis clubs, and the country club. Around it sit the newer neighborhoods along Braselton Highway and the older farm-house lots on the country roads. Locals still describe addresses in school-cluster terms, Mill Creek side or Dacula side, which is the honest shorthand for the whole area.
Festivals and events
The Mulberry Jam Festival
The Mulberry Jam Festival was the city's first community celebration, held at Duncan Creek Park on Braselton Highway in 2026 with live music, food trucks, and vendors, and it doubled as a community-input session on the city's comprehensive plan. The annual schedule settles through the city's official events calendar, so that is the source for the next date. The county's other festival calendar runs on the central events page.
Development
New and future developments, and the comprehensive plan
Mulberry is a young city and the development pressure is real: new-home subdivisions such as Mountain Valley Estates near the Mall of Georgia side have been under construction, and the city council has been candid that infrastructure, schools, and traffic are racing the growth. The honest sources are the city's planning agendas and the comprehensive plan process. Businesses coming soon cycle through the New in the Area feed, which is the freshest public list of what actually opens.

Rainy days
The Mall of Georgia is the classic answer, with the movie theater and the food court attached; the Gwinnett library branches at Dacula and Hamilton Mill handle the quiet afternoons.
Teen plans
The lighted skate complex and basketball courts at Duncan Creek Park, plus the trampoline and karting rooms on the Buford side: Sky Zone, Urban Air, and Andretti.
Birthday parties
The verified room list for the area: Sky Zone, Andretti, Skate Country, Stars and Strikes, Fun-O-Rama, and the Chuck E. Cheese at Mall of Georgia, plus the park pavilions for the outdoor version.
Pets and fishing
Dogs, fishing holes, and the honest water notes
Dog parks
The Gwinnett dog parks at Rabbit Hill Park and Harbins Park are the verified off-leash rooms on the Dacula side; the county parks website has the rules and the membership details.
Fishing
Little Mulberry's pond loop takes a line, Lanier is a short drive for the big-water fishing, and Fort Yargo covers the state-park side. Check the Georgia DNR rules for licenses and the pond stocking notes before you plan a full day.

Local weather
The National Weather Service forecast office for Peachtree City covers Gwinnett County; its warnings and the county alert system are the sources to watch, not the phone apps, which lag on severe weather.
Gas prices
The honest truth: gas prices move weekly and nobody prints stable numbers. The price apps show live station prices at the Hamilton Mill and Braselton Highway frontage, which is the practical way local drivers actually shop.
Places to watch sports
Wild Wing Cafe on the Braselton Highway strip and Old Fountain Tavern in Dacula are the verified rooms with the TVs and the game crowds; the Mall of Georgia sports bars are ten minutes the other way.
The honest notes
What we could not verify
A photo gallery and an event called Mulberry Nights have been referenced in passing around the community, but this guide could not verify either through the city's official channels, so neither is published here as fact. If they are real and live, the city's official site and social channels are where they belong, and this page will be corrected the day the city confirms them.
