What's New in Mulberry
This is the what's-new tracker for the Mulberry orbit: restaurant openings, new businesses, and storefront announcements on the northeast Gwinnett side of I-85, each one labeled by how solid the verification is. Confirmed means the opening is reported by the business or a named local source; preliminary means announced but not yet verified open on site.
Everything here was checked on September 22, 2026, and openings move fast, so a preliminary item can go confirmed, and a confirmed item can change hours, within a week. The site-wide New in the Area list is the fuller regional version of this page.

The city itself
Mulberry's first-year business picture
As a brand-new city, Mulberry reports strong early activity on the business-permitting side, and local reporting in early 2026 described the city as open for business and just getting started, with a future city-center commercial district in the planning conversation. No specific tenants have been named for that district, so this guide reports the general picture only: the permitting activity is the verified number, and the future tenants are not yet.
